Lincoln City Libraries is seeking a skilled, tech-savvy professional to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on technical work with meaningful public service. You’ll help keep our library technology running smoothly, support staff with computer and software needs, and ensure reliable access to digital resources for our community.

The position provides advanced technical support for computer hardware, software, and network systems across all library locations. Duties include installing and configuring equipment, maintaining and troubleshooting systems, and training staff on technology use. You’ll also assist with developing customized software solutions, participate in library projects, and collaborate with colleagues to support the Library’s goals. This is advanced technical work involving computer systems, applications, and network support. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technology, and making a difference through public service.

Associate's degree in computer science or related field and two years of experience in the use of computer equipment; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.

This role requires travel to work sites throughout the City of Lincoln. Mileage for use of a personal vehicle will be reimbursed; other means of transportation will not be reimbursed.
