Days/Hours: Various hours, up to 25 hours per week; rotating schedule may include holidays, weekends, evenings.
Position Duties
• Registration for senior programs.
• Provide assistance on telephone inquiries regarding programs.
• Janitorial services.
• Room setups/breakdowns.
• Assist with events/programs.
• Ability to provide above and beyond customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
High school graduation or equivalent. Excellent customer service skills, relevant front desk experience. Comfortable using computers. Working knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office and RecTrac software preferred.
Other Qualifications
The work is light work which requires exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force to move objects.
