As the Information Security Officer, you will: monitor, analyze, and detect cyber events and incidents within information systems and networks under limited supervision. Recommend and oversee the documentation, implementation, and execution of IT policies according to the City of Celina’s needs and industry best practices.   Ensure the execution of security inspections of networks, servers, and end-user accounts and devices to verify program compliance and analyze and help resolve newly discovered security vulnerabilities and/or breaches.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.  
• Five (5) years of related experience in cybersecurity
• An equivalent combination of experience and education to satisfy the minimum requirements of the position
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background investigation and MVR check.
• Must possess valid class C driver’s license.
