About the role
High school diploma/GED required. Dispatch or customer service experience preferred. Must obtain NCIC within six months, pass NCIC background check, polygraph and fingerprinting, and obtain CPR, Medical Dispatch, Emergency Fire Dispatch and Emergency Police Dispatch within one year. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD.
