💼 Experience: 5–10 Years
🔧 What you’ll own:
City Operations Management
• End-to-end ownership of city operations & daily business performance
• Drive key operational metrics:
Fulfillment %
Completion %
Customer Cancellations
Partner Availability & Utilization
• Ensure smooth execution during peak demand periods
Demand & Supply Management
• Maintain marketplace balance through effective planning
• Identify city/category-level gaps and build action plans
• Improve partner utilization, productivity & service reliability
Partner Performance Management
• Manage partner engagement and performance
• Improve partner productivity, reliability & availability
• Drive structured reviews and reduce operational leakages
Operational Excellence
• Control same-day leaves (D0/D1/D2)
• Reduce cancellations, no-shows & service failures
• Conduct quick RCA and implement corrective actions
Team Leadership & Execution
• Lead city teams with ownership and accountability
• Drive daily performance reviews and target achievement
• Build a strong execution-first culture
