Role Description The City Manager role at RING is a full-time, on-site position based in Aligarh. The City Manager will oversee branch operations, drive sales and lending performance, and ensure high-quality customer service across local channels. This role includes managing and mentoring on-ground teams, setting targets, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing strategies to grow RING’s presence in the city. The City Manager will coordinate with central and regional teams to execute marketing campaigns, optimize processes, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines, and support continuous improvement in service delivery. Daily responsibilities also include resolving escalations, analyzing local market trends, and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to strengthen RING’s brand in Aligarh.
Qualifications
- Team Management and Team Leadership skills to supervise, motivate, and develop on-ground staff.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Customer Service capabilities to ensure a positive, efficient, and compliant experience for all customers.
- Sales skills to drive loan acquisition, cross-sell products, and achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech operations, especially in city or branch management roles.
- Ability to work on-site in Aligarh, with strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams.
- Proficiency with digital tools, basic MS Office, and comfort with data dashboards and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Aligarh and surrounding areas, and fluency in English and local languages.
