Role Description
This full-time hybrid role of City Lead/Team Leader is based in Bhopal, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The individual will manage day-to-day team operations, coordinate activities, and ensure team targets are achieved. Responsibilities include strategic planning, mentoring team members, resolving operational challenges, and optimizing workflows to drive performance. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining client relationships to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results.

- Demonstrated skills in leadership, team management, and mentoring
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with a focus on strategic planning
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and building client relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges
- Flexibility to manage hybrid work arrangements effectively
- Proven ability to meet team-based goals and deliver operational excellence
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience of atleast 2-5 years in leading teams or city-level operations is a plus
