Role Description
The City Lead will oversee operations within Bengaluru, ensuring smooth day-to-day management of corporate mobility services. This full-time, on-site role requires managing and coordinating with Operations, Fleet and Supply team, addressing client requirements promptly, maintaining fleet performance, and resolving escalations. The City Lead will also identify opportunities for operational improvements, track service quality metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Proficient in operations management, service delivery optimization, and team coordination
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of corporate mobility solutions and transportation services in a professional environment
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide high levels of customer service
- Proficiency in technology tools and platforms related to automobile or transportation management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken forms
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Experience in logistics or fleet management is a strong asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
