Company Description Homeday is a one-stop app for trusted instant home services (Aroma Group). The platform connects users with verified professionals for services such as housekeeping, electrical and plumbing work, nursing, medical care, and salon treatments. With more than 100 service providers, Homeday focuses on reliability, speed, and ease of access. The app currently serves customers in locations including Gurgaon and Patna, with plans to grow further. Homeday aims to bring convenient, professional services directly to customers’ homes through a user-friendly digital experience.
Role Description The City Head with investment responsibilities will oversee Investment (3-4 Lakh) in return of 15000/- Fixed salaey and equity in company and Homeday’s operations, growth, and service quality in Patna while contributing to local investment and expansion decisions. This full-time hybrid role is based in Patna, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day tasks include managing city-level performance, supervising and supporting local teams, and ensuring that service providers meet Homeday’s quality and compliance standards. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and participating in budgeting and investment planning to strengthen Homeday’s presence in the city. The City Head will also build partnerships, represent Homeday in local business and community forums, and collaborate closely with central leadership to align city strategy with overall company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills to guide city operations and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in business development, partnership building, and vendor or service-provider management within services, tech, or consumer-focused industries.
- Ability to analyze financial data, contribute to investment decisions, and manage budgets and performance metrics at the city level.
- Proficiency in operational planning, process optimization, and problem-solving to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and coordinate with remote teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in managing city or regional operations, especially in platform-based or marketplace businesses, is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with the Patna market and local regulatory environment, along with comfort using digital tools and analytics platforms.
