Role Description
ParkSmart is seeking a City Head - Valet Sales for its Gurugram operations. This is a full-time, on-site role where the successful candidate will lead and manage valet parking services and operations in the city. Responsibilities include supervising on-ground teams, ensuring excellent customer service, driving customer satisfaction, and overseeing administrative tasks. You will also act as a point of contact for stakeholders, contributing to business growth and ensuring operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Valet Parking and operations management
- Excellent Communication skills to foster client relationships and team interactions
- Proficiency in Administration, including coordination, reporting, and operational management
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address on-ground challenges as they arise
- Prior experience in a similar role or parking-related operations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
