🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven City Head - Enterprise Sales to spearhead our growth in Delhi. If you're passionate about building high-impact teams, closing large B2B deals, and shaping the future of healthcare access in India—this role is for you!
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead the city-level enterprise sales strategy and execution
✅ Drive partnerships with corporates to offer OPDSure’s OPD plans to their workforce
✅ Build, train & lead a high-performing sales team
✅ Manage key accounts & foster long-term relationships with enterprise clients
✅ Analyze market trends and competition to find growth levers
✅ Drive revenue and customer acquisition with a focus on ROI
📌 What We’re Looking For
✔ 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a stellar record
✔ Strategic Alliances & Partnership with Insurance/Broker/NBFC etc.
✔ Experience in Enterprise sales and closing large B2B deals
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills
✔ Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
✔ Background in healthtech, insurance, broker or employee benefits is a plus
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
