Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Hyderabad for a Sales Manager - City Manager. The primary responsibilities include building, leading and managing sales operations, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role involves overseeing local sales teams, strategizing and implementing market penetration plans, and identifying opportunities to expand the company's presence in Bengaluru. Additionally, the Sales Manager/City manager will focus on meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, building efficiency across the sales flow and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role will evolve into a
City Manager ideally the key objective is to set up and scale our business in
Hyderabad, itβs more like a
"Micro-CEO" role, offering you the runway to lead with high accountability and directly influence the organization's growth trajectory. π
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and revenue generation
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and team management skills with proven experience managing 20+ team members
- Ability to analyze market trends & develop data-driven strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in renewable energy or a related field is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work on-site and engage with local partners and community stakeholders
