<div>We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Wellness Team Lead to help oversee daily operations and ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience.<br><br>
</div><div>In this role, you’ll serve as the shift leader by supporting team members, maintaining high standards, and ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the day. You’ll still be hands-on with guests, but with added responsibility in guiding the team and owning the flow of each shift.<br><br>
</div><div>This is a great opportunity for someone with prior hospitality or spa experience who is ready to take on a leadership role in a calm, wellness-focused environment.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism</li>
<li>Provide guidance to first-time guests and answer questions</li>
<li>Ensure every guest experience meets City Cave’s premium standards</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact during assigned shifts</li>
<li>Help manage workflow and ensure services run on time</li>
<li>Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner</li>
<li>Oversee preparation and reset of float and sauna rooms</li>
<li>Ensure water chemistry testing and treatment is completed accurately</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all wellness and common areas</li>
<li>Assist with opening and closing procedures</li>
<li>Educate guests on services, memberships, and packages</li>
<li>Encourage and assist with rebooking to support guest wellness goals</li>
<li>Lead by example in driving bookings and overall guest satisfaction</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with management regarding guest feedback, maintenance needs, or operational issues</li>
<li>Help ensure accountability and consistency across the team</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Strong customer service and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Natural leadership ability</li>
<li>Prior experience leading a shift or supervising a small team is strongly preferred</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment</li>
<li>Ability to both lead a team and work independently</li>
<li>Comfortable working around water and light cleaning chemicals</li>
<li>Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends</li>
<li>Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or wellness settings is a plus</li>
