About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and street-smart to lead and execute on-ground BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing campaigns within the assigned city/geography. This
role is crucial for driving brand visibility and consumer engagement through localized activities in Residential
Welfare Associations (RWAs) and societies. The CBM will be responsible for end-to-end campaign ownership,
team management, stakeholder relations, and ensuring operational excellence against strict timelines.
Job Description:
1. Campaign Strategy and Execution (On-Ground BTL Focus):
● Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and management of various localized BTL
campaigns, including but not limited to:
○ Lift Branding
○ Gate Branding
○ Flea Market participation
○ Canopy Activities
○ Door-to-Door Sampling
○ Targeted WhatsApp Campaigns within RWA/Societies networks.
● Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a small team of 4-5 Business Executives to ensure
flawless campaign deployment and adherence to operational standards.
● Permissions and Negotiation: Proactively secure necessary permissions for executing activities within
societies/RWAs, utilizing strong negotiation and convincing skills to establish favorable terms.
● Vendor Network Management: Create and maintain a robust, reliable network of local vendors(logistics, printing, manpower, etc.) to support smooth campaign operations and manage vendor
relationships effectively.
2. Operational Excellence and Time Management:
● Logistics & Planning: Demonstrate sharp time management, on-field management, and strategic
logistical planning skills to ensure all campaigns are executed precisely and strictly adhere to established
deadlines.
● Vigilance and Communication: Maintain extreme vigilance on all communication channels (emails,
WhatsApp) to ensure rapid response and timely dissemination of critical information.
● Reporting & Analysis: Utilize strong Excel skills to create detailed campaign performance dashboards,
tracking key metrics, expenditure, and effectiveness for leadership review.
3. Stakeholder Management and Communication:
● Stakeholder Relations: Exhibit amazing stakeholder management skills, effectively balancing the needs
of internal teams, external vendors, and RWA/Society administrators.
● Interpersonal Collaboration: Possess amazing cross-functional interpersonal skills to coordinate
effectively with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance) to ensure cohesive campaign
support.
● Conflict Resolution: Demonstrate strong conflict management and client escalation management skills,
acting as the primary point of contact for resolving on-ground issues swiftly and professionally.
● Communication Skills: Maintain excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring
clear, professional, and persuasive interaction with all parties.
4. Local Expertise and Network Building:
● Local Knowledge: Be exceptionally well-versed with the geography, demographics, and key societies of
the particular city.
● Rapport Building: Display excellent rapport building skills to establish long-term, trustworthy
relationships with key RWA personnel and local influencers.
● Language Fluency: Must speak the local language fluently to facilitate effective communication,
negotiation, and rapport building within the community.
● Local Residency: Must be currently residing in the same city to ensure immediate availability and deep
local understanding.
5. Ownership and Personal Attributes:
● Ownership: Demonstrate an extreme sense of ownership and responsibility over campaign success,
budget adherence, and team performance.● Multitasking: Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize simultaneous activities and projects under
pressure.
● Street Smartness: Possess a high degree of street smartness, demonstrating practicality, quick
decision-making, and adaptability in challenging field environments.
