Role Description
NoBrokerHood is hiring a full-time City Business Manager to oversee and grow its business operations in Bengaluru South. This on-site position will involve managing client relationships, leading acquisition efforts for new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-service implementation. Core responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, managing teams to drive sales growth, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes and deliver exceptional service to gated communities.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and achieving sales targets
- Strong Project Management and Stakeholder Management skills for overseeing operations and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
- Exceptional Leadership and Team Management capabilities to motivate and guide a team towards achieving organizational goals
- Proficient Communication and Negotiation skills for building relationships with clients and partners
- Data Analysis and Problem-Solving expertise to evaluate business performance and implement effective solutions
- Proven ability in Business Expansion and Growth Strategies
- Knowledge of the property management sector or experience in a similar industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
