Bachelor's degree in recreation, physical education or related field; 2 years full-time experience as swimming instructor and lifeguard including 1 year lifeguard and 6 months instructor; certifications: Lifeguarding, CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer, Oxygen Administration, Water Safety Instruction or Fitness Professional, Aquatic Facility Operator or Certified Pool Operator, Lifeguard Instructor; must obtain First Aid for Public Safety Personnel and AFO/CPO within 6 months.
