Role Overview: As part of our Complete Care team, you'll wear two crucial hats:

• Special Educator: Supporting students with diverse learning needs
• School Psychologist: Providing mental health services and counseling

Qualifications:

• B.Ed. Special Education or equivalent
• M.A./M.Sc. in Psychology (Clinical/Counseling/School Psychology preferred)
• RCI registration for Special Education qualification
• 3+ years of experience in educational settings

Additional Desirable Qualifications:

• M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology
• Certifications in learning disabilities, behavior management, or educational assessments

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct psychological assessments and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student success
• Lead workshops on mental health awareness and learning strategies
