Role Overview: As part of our Complete Care team, you'll wear two crucial hats:
- Special Educator: Supporting students with diverse learning needs
- School Psychologist: Providing mental health services and counseling
Qualifications:
- B.Ed. Special Education or equivalent
- M.A./M.Sc. in Psychology (Clinical/Counseling/School Psychology preferred)
- RCI registration for Special Education qualification
- 3+ years of experience in educational settings
Additional Desirable Qualifications:
- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology
- Certifications in learning disabilities, behavior management, or educational assessments
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct psychological assessments and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student success
- Lead workshops on mental health awareness and learning strategies
