Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support Citrix environments including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) and Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
Install, configure, and maintain Citrix components such as Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, and Director
Manage virtual desktops and published applications
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Citrix infrastructure
Perform upgrades, patches, and system maintenance
Manage user access, policies, and profiles
Collaborate with infrastructure teams (Windows, VMware, Networking, Security)
Ensure system security, compliance, and data protection
Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Provide L2/L3 support and resolve escalations
