Job responsibilities
1.Provide day to day Citrix NetScaler technology directions, support and application guidance for proper load balancing.
2.Install, Configure and Manage Citrix NetScaler.
3.Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to NetScaler.
4.Responsible for upgrading firmware of NetScaler devices as per Citrix recommendation.
5 .Monitor all NetScaler devices
.6. Create NetScaler resource utilization report and share discuss with team and management.
7.Configure EPA and device restriction policies.
