About the role
Citizenway Overseas is looking for an experienced and dynamic Visa Sales Team Manager to lead our visa sales team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of various visa processes (Study, Work, PR, Tourist, Dependent), excellent leadership skills, and a proven record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team to convert leads into successful clients and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Visa Sales Executives / Consultants.
Need to assist the client who visits the office and convince them to signup/register with our services.
Ensure the team achieves monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Guide the team in understanding and explaining immigration and visa processes clearly to clients.
Monitor daily team performance, track progress, and provide training and support.
Handle escalated client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize lead flow and conversion.
Ensure the team follows proper documentation, CRM usage, and communication protocols.
Submit periodic reports to management on performance and pipeline.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in visa or immigration sales.
Strong understanding of study, work, PR, and visit visa procedures.
Proven experience in team leadership and target achievement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and motivate a target-driven team.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
Immigration certification or diploma (preferred but not mandatory).
