This salaried, plus incentives, position will work on generating new mortgage business and provide superior service to the Bank’s existing customers, carrying out the Bank’s mission: “To provide an experience like no other”. This individual will be given an established portfolio with numerous opportunities for loan origination. Job requirements include a broad knowledge of bank products, mortgage origination and regulations, a background in sales, an attention to detail, along with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines & goals. Candidates must be goal-oriented, have superior customer service and communication skills, along with a positive “can-do” attitude. This position requires some previous lending experience, but the experience does not need to be in mortgage lending. If you are willing to learn mortgage lending, we are willing to train you!
