Summary
The General Affairs Administrative Assistant will assist the Corporate Retail team in handling the day to day operations and administrative functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
- Receive invoices from vendors
- Enter Purchase Orders in SAP
- Code invoices (department and G/L codes)
- Submit invoices via SAP for approval/payment
- File Invoices – electronically/manually
- Box and send monthly supplies to stores
- General Data Processing
- Enter purchase orders into KWI
- Place copy of purchase orders in store folders
- Log purchase orders into PO Log
- Maintain log for product damages/returns to warehouse
- Ad Hoc Retail Administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Excellent computers skills – Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Must be organized and able to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and commitment to achieving targets and deadlines.
Education and/or Experience
One to three years related experience in a corporate retail support role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
