Mehnaty Analyst Program - Wealth Ops (UAE Nationals Only)

The Mehnaty Analyst Program is a unique opportunity for UAE Nationals to join our Wealth Operations team. This 18-24 month program will provide you with extensive training and exposure to various aspects of Wealth Operations, including but not limited to Account Management, Client Services, Cash and Custody, Transaction Processing, and Reporting. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a permanent role within the Wealth Operations team. Responsibilities: - Participate in a structured training program to develop knowledge and skills in Wealth Operations - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Wealth business, including account management, client services, transaction processing, and reporting - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service to our clients - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency - Develop a deep understanding of Citi's Wealth business and its role within the broader organization Requirements: - UAE National - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
