The Citadel Associate Program teaches foundational equities investing skills to aspiring early career talent through classroom learning and on-the-desk rotations. This highly selective program focuses on a small cohort each year to enable the best training. Successful graduates earn an associate role on one of Citadel's equities investing teams.
Rotations are available globally, with our New York City team serving as your lead instructors.
