We are actively hiring experienced Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and Virtual CISOs (vCISOs) as we expand our cybersecurity leadership practice at a large scale.
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
𝟭. 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗖𝗜𝗦𝗢𝘀 (Client Deployment Model)
Lead cybersecurity governance as the designated organisational CISO. These CISOs are deployed through us in client organisations, work full-time within the organisation, and are continuously trained, mentored, and periodically updated by our central cybersecurity leadership team to stay aligned with evolving regulatory and threat landscapes.
𝟮. 𝘃𝗖𝗜𝗦𝗢 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 (Multi-Client Governance Model)
Provide executive cybersecurity leadership across multiple organisations under a structured vCISO framework.
We already have senior cybersecurity and regulatory compliance experts delivering CISO and vCISO services to multiple organisations. However, demand has now grown rapidly across industries, and we are scaling our leadership team significantly.
𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺
As an example, more than 50 NBFCs are currently our clients.
• Larger and systemically important NBFCs require dedicated in-house CISOs.
• Smaller and growing NBFCs typically opt for our vCISO model, where structured cybersecurity governance, regulatory readiness, and executive security leadership are delivered without maintaining a full internal security office.
NBFCs is just one example. We are witnessing the same requirement across almost every sector, including financial services and fintech, healthcare and health-tech organisations, technology platforms and SaaS companies, hospitality and hotel groups, and digital marketplaces and data-driven enterprises.
Nearly every organisation today wants either a full-time CISO or a vCISO governance framework.

This is not a documentation-driven or audit-only role.
We are looking for leaders who combine deep technical cybersecurity expertise with executive decision-making capability.
𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲
• Enterprise security architecture design
• Zero Trust and identity-centric security models
• Cloud security governance across AWS, Azure and hybrid environments
• Secure SDLC and application security oversight
• SOC strategy, threat detection and response maturity
• Incident response leadership and crisis handling
• Vulnerability management and attack surface reduction
• Vendor and third-party cyber risk governance
𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽
Candidates must be capable of converting regulatory expectations into operational security programs, including:
• RBI cybersecurity expectations for NBFCs
• SEBI cyber resilience frameworks and exchange questionnaires
• CERT-In incident reporting obligations
• Cybersecurity audit and assurance programs
• Governance, Risk and Compliance implementation
𝗖𝗜𝗦𝗢 𝗮𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿
Our CISOs regularly interact with:
• Boards and senior management
• Regulators and auditors
• Investors and institutional stakeholders
Therefore, we expect professionals who can:
• Translate cyber risk into business risk
• Build measurable cybersecurity roadmaps
• Lead organisation-wide security transformation
• Drive executive-level security awareness
