About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a positive and proactive approach
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
- Provide suggestions and feedback for process improvements
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Night shift availability (9 PM to 6 AM IST)
