Technical Systems Engineer

As a Technical Systems Engineer, you will assist in maintaining and optimizing the development, testing, and production environments by providing operational support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the availability and performance of systems. Application and System Support: - Assist with the monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues in development, staging, and production environments. - Support the deployment pipeline, ensuring smooth automation and application deployments. - Work with the DevOps team to ensure that applications and services are highly available, stable, and performant. Incident Management: - Monitor production systems for issues or outages and respond to alerts in a timely manner. - Collaborate with senior engineers and developers to troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve incidents quickly. - Document issues, solutions, and preventive measures in knowledge bases or incident reports. Collaboration with Development and Operations Teams - Assist in the collaboration between development and operations teams to improve software delivery processes and ensure efficient production systems. - Participate in daily stand-ups and project meetings, learning from senior team members and contributing to ongoing work. Automation Support: - Help implement, monitor, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Work with automation tools such as Jenkins, Github, SonarQube, Artifactory etc
