Meet the Team Cloud Security Supportability and Tooling team excels on providing best customer experience to end users. Customer Success is our primary focus. Tools and applications built are used by both Support and Customers. We drive efficiency by providing proactive troubleshooting apps and resolutions.
Your Impact - Work on best of Cloud Security Solutions with customers, support, stakeholders and engineers
- Build highly scalable Cloud Microservice solutions that secure a high volume of web traffic
- Troubleshoot and root cause critical customer issues
- Provide tooling as a platform
- Sustain large scale applications and tools
- Support innovation and rapid prototyping in the product. Promote innovation opportunities and partner closely with Product Management on providing top notch product experience
- Support and accelerate scalability, reliability and performance improvement in the product/tools
- Mentor engineers in the group and promote engineering excellence
- Maintain security and compliance capabilities in support of DevOps processes in a large-scale Cloud computing environment
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ year of software experience with Supportability and Tooling
- Good exposure to networking applications doing deep packet inspection. Strong knowledge of most common Layer 4-7 protocols
- Strong, hands-on expertise in typical cloud solutions, such as AWS and K8’s
- Experience with programming in Python, React, Go.
- Capable of rapid prototyping of innovative solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building cloud delivered SaaS based security solutions.
- Expertise in Security domain - exposure to network or web security technologies and industry trends
- Experience on cloud, network, and end point technologies
- Agile and lean practices, DevOps culture and iterative customer feedback-based development experience
- Background in software optimization and performance analysis
