Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cisco SDWAN / UCaaS / CCaaS Engineer based in Hyderabad. The role involves the design, deployment, and management of Cisco SDWAN and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) or Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions. Responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting network performance, configuring and optimizing solutions, ensuring security protocols, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality services. Additionally, the candidate will support integrations with cloud and legacy systems to improve operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Experience with Cisco SDWAN solutions, including configuration, deployment, and optimization
- Proficiency in UCaaS and CCaaS technologies, with a focus on integration and management
- Networking expertise, including troubleshooting, IP routing, and VPNs
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and multi-vendor environments
- Strong understanding of network security protocols and practices
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, SDWAN, or equivalent) are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
