About the role

Partner Success Manager We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our growing team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our partner relationships, ensuring they are successful in delivering Cisco solutions to their customers. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, understanding their business goals and challenges - Develop and execute on partner enablement and growth strategies to drive increased sales and mutual success - Provide training and support to partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell and implement Cisco solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to align on partner engagement, marketing, and sales activities - Identify and drive new business opportunities with existing partners - Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and coaching - Represent Cisco at partner events and industry functions Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in a partner management, account management, or sales role, preferably in the technology industry - Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results - Familiarity with Cisco products and solutions, or the ability to quickly develop expertise - Fluency in English, with proficiency in other European languages a plus - Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
