About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Providers Account Manager to lead strategic sales engagements with key service provider accounts. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of our Data Center technologies, with a solid focus on expanding our presence across Data Center Interconnect (DCI), Subsea, and Optical solutions.

This is a strategic role for someone who understands the evolving needs of service providers and can position our solutions to address complex challenges around scalability, performance, and infrastructure transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle within assigned service provider accounts, from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to expand existing relationships and win new business across data center and network infrastructure solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their technical and business challenges and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product, engineering, marketing, and support to ensure customer success.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities beyond Data Center, including DC Interconnect, Subsea Cable Systems, and Optical Transport technologies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts, pipeline management, and activity reporting using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to service providers.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in solution selling, ideally within the service provider or telecom industry.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Center technologies (compute, storage, networking, virtualization).
  • Experience selling or working with DC Interconnect, Optical, or Subsea technologies is a strong plus.
  • Ability to engage both technical and non-technical partners effectively.
  • Superb communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Technical background or certifications related to networking, optical transport, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience working with tier-1 or tier-2 service providers in the region.
  • Familiarity with competitive vendors and market dynamics in the infrastructure and connectivity space.
