Must have-
- Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 network incidents and outages
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
- Maintain and Hardware refresh network infrastructure
- Monitor network health, analyze logs, and proactively prevent issues
- Execute changes, patching, and firmware upgrades
- Support WAN/MPLS/Internet connectivity issues
- Design, implement, and optimize LAN/WAN network architecture
- Configure and manage routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
- Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring issues
- Lead network migrations, device replacements, and upgrades
- Collaborate with security, server, and cloud teams for infrastructure integration
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to L1/L2 engineers
- Maintain documentation, network diagrams, and SOPs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors
Good to have-
- Cisco certifications (CCNA / CCNP )
- Experience with SD-WAN / ACI / Nexus
- Sound knowledge of ITIL 4 and Agile Methodologies
- Familiarity working with SNOW as end user.
Experience in preparing documentations and SOPs.
