Consulting Systems Engineer

Consulting Systems Engineer Advice and guidance through a complex technology implementation, empowering customers to gain full value from their Cisco investment. Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary technical interface between Cisco and the customer, providing technical leadership and expertise - Work closely with customer IT staff to understand their technical requirements and environment, and propose optimal Cisco solutions - Develop and execute a comprehensive technical implementation plan, mitigating risks and ensuring a smooth deployment - Provide post-deployment support, knowledge transfer, and guidance to customer teams - Proactively identify opportunities to expand the customer's use of Cisco technologies and drive additional business Required Skills and Experience: - 3-5 years of experience in a technical consulting, systems engineering, or network engineering role - Strong background in Cisco networking, routing, switching, and security technologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into business value - Adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Experience in solution design, project management, and delivery of enterprise IT projects
