Business Operations Manager
Meet the Team
You will be part of an international amazing and well-motivated team comprising experts in multiple product compliance disciplines located in different countries in the world.
Your Impact
In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining country product approvals in South Africa according to radio, telecom and product safety regulations.
You will also:
- participate in local meetings with national regulatory authorities and local industry associations,
- engage with local authorities on product certification,
- collaborate with testing laboratories representatives for radio, telecom and product safety testing,
- manage procurement of approval,
- manage and track radio, telecom and product safety approvals,
- collaborate with the worldwide CISCO compliance team to optimize working strategies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Have deep understanding of South Africa regulatory standards
- Have deep understanding of South Africa product certification scheme for networking products
- Have experience working with regulatory authorities on radio, telecom and safety for product compliance certification and initiatives.
- Can independently work on tasks assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Have ability to communicate with different audiences for informational and persuasive purposes.
- Have ability to manage large amount of data with excel
- 3 or more years in radio, telecom, safety product certification in South Africa
