About the role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing enterprise accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, working closely with them to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to expand the relationship. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and ensuring the delivery of Cisco's solutions and services. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and deepen the strategic relationship with assigned accounts - Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to close, for new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Solutions, Technical, Services) to deliver comprehensive solutions that address customer needs - Ensure high customer satisfaction by proactively managing the customer experience and addressing any issues or concerns - Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the customer organization - Leverage Cisco's marketing, presales, and subject matter expertise to support the sales process - Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets Requirements: - 8-12 years of experience in enterprise software/solutions sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role - Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and software solutions - Proven track record of growing revenue and expanding relationships within assigned accounts - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
