Cirrus Logic is seeking a Director of Corporate Development to lead our mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate development initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions that drive Cirrus Logic's growth. You will work closely with executive leadership to develop and implement the company's M&A strategy, manage the due diligence and transaction processes, and support post-acquisition integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate development, M&A, and strategic planning, as well as strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
