Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in SriGanganagr for a Circulation Manager. The Circulation Manager will oversee the distribution of publications, develop and implement circulation strategies, manage relationships with distributors, and ensure timely delivery of materials. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to enhance subscriber acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of customer service while optimizing circulation operations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Circulation (Newspaper ) , with experience in managing the distribution and logistics of publications.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with distributors and subscribers.
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing strategies, with a focus on subscriber acquisition and retention.
- Ability to analyze market trends and optimize distribution processes effectively.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Relevant experience in the media or publishing industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
