Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Circle Manager – Business Loan, located in Pukhrayan. The Circle Manager will oversee loan servicing operations, manage portfolios, and drive successful loan disbursement and repayment processes. Responsibilities also include fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving business loan growth within the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Loan Servicing and knowledge of various Loan products
- Strong foundation in Finance and Portfolio Management
- Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage loan portfolios
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in financial services, particularly in business loans, is preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage and motivate a team
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setup and meet performance goals
