Job details:
Veera Circles is a peer-led, mixed-gender discussion groups on college campuses that create consistent, safe, non-judgmental spaces for students to reflect on friendships, masculinity, emotions, vulnerability, allyship and everyday leadership through guided conversation and shared action.
A Circle Leader is a peer facilitator — a student who creates, holds and nurtures a safe space for honest conversation. They guide the flow of dialogue, protect the Circle Code, and model the spirit of curiosity, empathy and respect. Their primary role is to enable the group to learn from one another, not to provide answers or expertise.
Any committed student who cares about gender and is willing to learn how to facilitate, can lead a Circle. You do not need prior experience in leadership, psychology or activism.
