Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. Your duties will include managing the shift's workflow, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing coaching and feedback to team members. You will also be responsible for handling cash management, safe protocols, and resolving any customer issues that may arise. Additionally, you will support the Store Manager in implementing strategic initiatives and fostering a positive work environment.
