Role Description The Circle Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Circle Head will oversee business operations within the assigned region, including sales management, project execution, and service delivery for elevator installations and maintenance. Responsibilities include driving regional revenue and profitability, managing key customer relationships, coordinating with technical and installation teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role also involves planning and monitoring targets, analyzing market opportunities, guiding local teams, and reporting performance metrics to senior management. The Circle Head will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and support strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
- Sales and business development skills, such as key account management, negotiation, and regional market analysis.
- Operational and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to address complex issues and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Working knowledge of elevator or building infrastructure industry operations, safety norms, and quality standards (preferred).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills with proficiency in basic office and business software tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent management qualification is a plus.
- Proven experience in regional or branch management, preferably in elevators, construction, infrastructure, or related sectors.
