This position can be full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling designed to support your life and career goals.
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children
- Provide one-on-one therapy targeting speech, language, communication, and swallowing skills
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver integrated, whole-child care
- Educate and empower families with strategies to support progress outside of sessions
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adjust treatment plans as needed

✅ Who You Are:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Washington State SLP license
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping children and families
- A collaborative team player with a growth mindset
