Description

🗣️🌟 Now Hiring: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (Feeding Focus) 🌟🗣️

📍 Auburn, WA

🕐 Full-time or Part-time | Flexible Hours | Collaborative Team

💰 $85,000–$105,000/year + Bonus Opportunities + 401(k) Match + Sign-on bonus $1,500

We are specifically looking for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who has training, experience, or strong clinical interest in pediatric feeding therapy. This therapist will maintain a diverse pediatric speech and language caseload, but will serve as our primary SLP available to support children receiving feeding therapy as new referrals come in. As feeding clients enter the clinic to receive services, you’ll be the go-to SLP ready to step in and provide consistent, high-quality, family-centered feeding intervention—while also treating other communication clients throughout your schedule.

We’re a family-owned, interdisciplinary clinic built around support, sustainability, and connection. Our therapists are given reasonable direct contact expectations, protected time for documentation and planning, and the flexibility to thrive professionally and personally. We want you to feel energized—not overwhelmed—by the important work you do.

💼 What You’ll Do:

  • Provide engaging, play-based speech and language therapy (primarily pediatrics)
  • Deliver pediatric feeding therapy as part of your core responsibilities, with priority availability for new feeding referrals
  • Be available to take on feeding therapy clients as they come in for services
  • Build strong relationships with families to support carryover and progress
  • Collaborate daily with OTs, PTs, and mental health clinicians to deliver holistic, family-centered care
  • Optional: Treat adult patients based on your interests
  • Participate in monthly reflective consultation for peer support and problem-solving
  • Work 1:1 in private treatment rooms and therapy gyms designed to support sensory, motor, and communication needs

💖 What You’ll Get:

  • $1,500 signing bonus
  • Competitive salary of $85,000–$105,000 depending on experience and schedule
  • Flexible full-time or part-time schedule that fits your life
  • A role designed with a feeding therapy emphasis, allowing you to grow this specialty within a supportive clinic
  • Reasonable direct contact expectations with built-in documentation time
  • Direct contact bonus for exceeding goals
  • Designated therapy space—no floating desks or laptop juggling
  • Weekly protected focus hour for documentation and prep
  • Dedicated therapy aide support for setup, cleanup, and materials
  • Front desk team handles all scheduling and insurance
  • CEU support + paid mentorship and professional development
  • Licensure and ASHA certification reimbursement
  • Benefits including 401(k) with employer match
  • A kind, connected team culture that includes therapy wins, themed weeks, spirit days, and surprise coffee runs

✅ Who You Are:

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) SLP in Washington
  • CCC required
  • Focus or strong interest in feeding preferred
  • Experienced in pediatrics—and ideally in pediatric feeding, or eager to expand your skills in this area
  • Passionate about communication, feeding therapy, collaboration, and whole-family care
  • Looking for a place where your ideas and initiative are welcomed
  • Bonus points if you love therapy swings, color-coded bins, or creative session themes
