Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Cinematographer. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, filmmaking, and high-quality video production.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with DSLR cameras, gimbals, lighting setups, and professional video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro. You will work on short films, documentaries, branded content, interviews, and events, helping bring creative concepts to life and managing end-to-end video production. Daily tasks include collaborating with creative teams to develop visual concepts, capturing high-quality footage, and ensuring the technical and artistic aspects of film production align with project goals. The role may also include tasks such as troubleshooting equipment and ensuring adherence to production timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Camera Operation and Cinematography
- Expertise in Video Production and Film Production
- Strong skills in setting up and managing Lighting for various filming scenarios
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with post-production processes is a plus
- Attention to detail and a strong creative vision
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or a related field is preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Shoot short films, documentaries, branded content, interviews, and events with cinematic quality.
• Operate DSLR cameras, gimbals, and professional lighting equipment.
• Collaborate with all cross functional team.
• Ensure high production quality, including proper framing, exposure, and color balance.
• Edit videos end-to-end using Adobe Premiere Pro, including sound syncing and color correction.
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance editing speed and workflow efficiency.
• Manage media files, data backups, and project organization.
• Assist with photo editing and album design using Adobe Photoshop when required.
• Support production planning, logistics, and shoot coordination.
• Travel for shoots and represent the brand professionally with clients and collaborators.
Requirements
*Minimum 5 years of experience in cinematography.
*Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).
*Understanding of scripting and production processes.
*Experience working on short films, documentaries, branded content, or events.
*Strong communication skills and client-handling ability.
*Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and team spirit.
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
*Experience with micro drama series or digital storytelling is a plus.
