Cinematographer & Video Editor
📍 Pune, Maharashtra (On-Site, full-time)
Ice Cream Soda Network is a creative marketing agency producing high-quality cinematic content for brands across F&B, Automotive, Lifestyle and Retail Industries.
We are looking for a Cinematographer who can both shoot and edit video content for brand campaigns, social media and advertisements.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand client requirements, execute professional shoots, and deliver polished edits suitable for digital platforms.
This is a Full-time and on-ground role based in Pune.
⚠️ Applications without a portfolio or showreel will not be considered.
Role Responsibilities
• Plan and execute video shoots for client projects
• Shoot cinematic content for Instagram reels, ads and brand videos
• Capture high-quality F&B and automotive content
• Operate cameras, gimbals and lighting equipment
• Understand client requirements and translate them into visual content
• Capture strong B-roll and storytelling shots
• Edit videos suitable for social media platforms
• Deliver content in required formats for Instagram and digital platforms
• Edit videos with clean pacing and storytelling flow
• Perform basic color correction and color grading to maintain visual consistency
• Deliver polished content ready for Instagram reels, ads and brand campaigns
Requirements
• Experience in both shooting and editing video content
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting and camera movement
• Experience handling client shoots independently
• Ability to work in fast-paced agency environments
• Experience in food or automotive content is a strong advantage
• Ability to edit videos with strong visual flow and pacing
• Understanding of color correction and basic color grading
Editing Software
Experience with one or more:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• Final Cut Pro
• After Effects (bonus)

• This role is strictly for candidates based in Pune
