1.
Cinematography & Visual Storytelling:
- Plan and execute cinematography for commercials, brand films, reels, and social media content
- Translate scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs into compelling visual narratives
- Define the visual tone, mood, and lighting style for each project
- Ensure consistency of visual quality across all frames
2.
Lighting & Camera Execution:
- Design and execute professional lighting setups (studio & outdoor)
- Operate and manage cinema cameras, lenses, rigs, gimbals, and drones (if certified)
- Select appropriate camera movements, angles, and compositions
- Handle multi-camera setups for complex shoots
3.
Pre-Production & Planning: Collaborate with Creative Directors, Directors, and Art Teams
Participate in recce, location planning, and shot breakdown- sSuggest innovative visual techniques to elevate brand storytellin
- gAssist in equipment planning and rental coordinatio
n
4.
On-Set Leadership:
Lead and coordinate with camera assistants, focus pullers, and lighting cre- wEnsure shoot timelines are met without compromising qualit
- yTroubleshoot technical challenges during shoot

5.
Post-Production Coordination
Work closely with editors and colorists to maintain visual continuit- yGuide color grading, exposure balance, and final look approva
- lEnsure deliverables meet brand and platform standard

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a DOP / Cinematographer in ad agencies or production house- sStrong knowledge of camera systems (RED, ARRI, Sony FX series, Canon, Blackmagic
- )Expertise in lighting techniques, exposure, framing, and compositio
- nExperience shooting product videos, reels, and commercial
- sUnderstanding of digital-first and social media video format
- sKnowledge of color profiles, LUTs, and cinematic workflow
- sAbility to work under tight deadlines and multiple project

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with baby product industrial, events , brand videos, Ad- sBasic knowledge of editing and color grading workflow
- sStrong creative instincts and visual references knowledg
- eWork Schedule: Monday to Saturday - 6 Days a wee
