Role Description
The Social Sphere is seeking a full-time Cinematographer and Video Editor for an on-site role based in Chennai. We need someone who can own the entire visual content process — from setting up the shot to delivering a polished final edit. If you're equally comfortable behind a camera and on an editing timeline, this role is made for you. This individual will handle Shoot, editing, and producing high-quality video content that aligns with client needs and project goals. Day-to-day tasks include operating cameras, setting up optimal lighting, overseeing shooting schedules, and editing raw footage into polished final products. Collaboration with creative and marketing teams will play an integral role in ensuring content meets brand and audience expectations. Also Collaborate with the marketing team on creative direction
What We're Looking For:
• Experience in both videography and video editing
• Must own a camera
• Must have a personal laptop setup for editing
• Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve or similar)
• A strong portfolio showcasing your shoots and edits

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Camera Operation and Cinematography techniques
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visualization skills
- Prior experience in storytelling or producing content for digital platforms is a plus
- Degree in Film, Media Arts, or a related field is preferred
