FADE IN:
INT. MAGIC LANTERN STUDIOS — MONDAY MORNING
A client brief lands on the table.
"We need three Reels. By Friday. And make it look like nothing else on Instagram."
The team turns around.
Everyone is looking at one empty chair.
That chair is yours.
————————
THE ROLE
Cinematographer. Editor. The person who quietly uses AI to pull off what others can't.
THE SCENES YOU'LL SHOOT
Brand films. Product shoots. Creators walking through stores. Reels that stop thumbs mid-scroll.
THE CUT
You shoot it. You edit it. You grade it. You make the first three seconds impossible to skip.
THE PLOT TWIST
You've already been experimenting with AI tools. Nobody asked you to. You just couldn't help it.
————————
THE KIT
Behind the camera
Sony, Canon or Blackmagic cameras. Gimbals. Lights. Lav and shotgun mics. You know how to make a small setup look big.
In the edit suite
Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut.
In the AI lab
Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Topaz, ChatGPT or Claude for scripts and ideas.
Bonus scene
If you've ever made motion graphics with code using Remotion, or worked with AI coding agents, we really want to talk to you.
You don't need to know all of it.
You just need to be the kind of person who learns the rest by next week.
————————
THE AUDITION
No cover letters. No long resumes.
Send us:
One Reel you shot AND edited yourself.
One thing you created using AI.
That's your screen test.

THE DETAILS
Salary: Rs. 30,000 / month
Full-time, on-site in Hyderabad
Freshers with a killer showreel, you're in the running too.
