You will shadow the VP, Matt Denton, learning our process and products inside and out during your Dallas-based training. <li>Shadow and learn directly from the VP during initial training</li>
<li>Manage and convert inbound leads with professionalism and responsiveness</li>
<li>Prospect and build relationships with integrators, architects, designers, and builders</li>
<li>Execute a consultative, relationship-driven sales process</li>
<li>Expand CinemaTech’s brand awareness and client base in assigned region </li>
</ul><div><strong>Client Engagement & Relationship Management</strong></div><ul>
<li>Work with high-net-worth clients and design professionals with confidence</li>
<li>Guide decision-making by providing expertise and clarity</li>
<li>Maintain strong communication and follow-through</li>
<li>Represent CinemaTech with polish and professionalism in every interaction</li>

<li>Develop your assigned region.</li>
<li>Build a pipeline of business opportunities through events, referrals, and proactive outreach</li>

<li>This is person will only be successful if they are driving sales instead of waiting for the phone to ring</li>

<li>Strong communicator who can build rapport with sophisticated clientele</li>

<li>Naturally self-motivated, organized, and proactive</li>
<li>Polished, professional, and confident in the spotlight</li>
<li>Prior experience in luxury sales or design-related industries preferred</li>
<li>Able to travel 1–2 times per month, including short-notice trips</li>
</ul><div><strong>Specific Compensation for Candidate:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Compensation: Base annual salary</li>
<li>Monthly Commission based on closed sales</li>
<li>All legitimate business expenses that are incurred while working will be reimbursed. Any significant expenses (airfare, hotels, etc.) should be approved prior to being incurred.</li>
